2016 – The start of a new year & that time when we resolve to make positive changes. What goals have you set yourself to achieve?


Perhaps you have a list similar to this:
  1. I will replace “ums” and “ahhs” with pauses.
  2. I will complete the current manual I'm working on and start another.
